About The Position

Who You Are You are a seasoned Senior Project Manager with experience in supporting he planning and execution of projects and campaigns for Performance Marketing (Media) division. You will serve as a critical link between internal teams and the client experience function, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You have experience in coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing campaigns and digital/web projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies preferred.
  • Working experience with Workfront or similar project management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital project workflows, including requirements gathering, development, QA and launch.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day project execution across multiple client accounts.
  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, goals, and industry landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate client briefs into actionable project plans.
  • Liaise with client experience, media, and implementation teams.
  • Track and communicate progress of deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  • Help resolve resource or scheduling conflicts to maintain project flow.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and status trackers.
  • Monitor task assignments, approvals, and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies for delays or scope changes.
  • Follow internal project management processes and advocate for best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to assess existing workflows, identify gaps and streamline repeatable processes.
  • Maintain organized records of assets, briefs, revisions, and communications.
  • Manage project workflows within Workfront to align with evolving operational processes.
  • Support leadership’s efforts by reinforcing adoption of new processes and workflows across teams.
