We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sr. Project Manager of Omnichannel Initiatives to lead and coordinate our omnichannel initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of project that bridge our digital and physical customer experiences across field teams, web and digital touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including field operations, information technology, customer engagement, brand and third-party partners to ensure a seamless integration and delivery of omnichannel solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business results. This role reports into the Director Business Partnership within the Omnichannel Center of Excellence.
