About The Position

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically within the Life Sciences core market. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost management, risk management, and overall business management of projects. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with project teams, executives, and regional leadership to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
• Experience managing multiple complex, highly technical projects, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project team members including senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators.
• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of project scope and requirements.
• Oversee cost control, billings, and collections.
• Act as the key point of contact with the owner and architect.
• Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work teams.
• Ensure project completion and financial accountability, focusing on critical success factors and customer satisfaction.
