About The Position

The Senior Project Manager & Lead Analyst (Digital Projects) is responsible for managing the overall implementation of Digital projects and serving as the lead representative of the Business Analyst team. The role manages various programs and projects providing relationship management and technical solution to meet the requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. As the lead representative of the Business Analyst team, the primary purpose of this role is to manage, support, and develop Business Analysts to optimize performance and integrate best practices across the Digital Project program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Microsoft Suite advanced user.
  • Certification for Project/Program management, PMP (preferred).
  • Trained in Agile Methodology (JIRA tool expertise required).
  • Certified ScrumMaster, SC (Preferred).
  • Lean Thinking.
  • Knowledge of IT design and architecture.
  • Management skills including staff development and budget.
  • ITIL / SAFe.
  • 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
  • 3-5 years of Business Analyst/project support experience.
  • Strong service delivery experience, preferably within IT.
  • Experience in leading projects and/or teams.
  • Prior management supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of IT business and financial aspects.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification for Project/Program management.
  • Certified ScrumMaster.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership on various programs and projects.
  • Management includes the development of scope, creation of project team, management of project team (Matrix style) across business and IT areas (Architecture, Infrastructure, Governance, Security, Networking).
  • Solution design creation, Solution Sign off, project design execution, Operational handover, and closeout.
  • Interfaces with Global counterparts to review solution design and facilitate best practice process considerations in solution design.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams and holds regular program/project status meetings.
  • Is the lead team member concerning accomplishing day-to-day goals and provides direction and leads decision making.
  • Holds project team members accountable for results.
  • Provides linkage to management for decision-making outside of day-to-day program/project team activities.
  • Manages Vendor relationships, system integrators, contractors, and contingent workers on a project-by-project basis.
  • Demonstrate an ability to blend traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach.
  • Determine project management delivery style based on methodologies available, the project requirements, and the Vendor requirements.
  • Execute the Scrum Master role when the Agile methodology is used in the project.
  • Participates in the preparation of plans and budgets for programs and projects.
  • Manages progress against plans and takes corrective action to offset variances.
  • Reports to management on progress status.
  • Responsible for meeting corporate objectives for capital investment.
  • Provides relationship management for business areas.
  • Collaborate with Digital Team to identify best practices.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of current and planned activities across Digital Channels.
