Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 8+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development including design, project management, business development and invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence/site analysis reports.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently, adhering to Atwell's high standards.
  • Guide and support junior staff with technical queries related to Land Development projects, fostering their professional growth.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.
  • Review and seal project documents to ensure full compliance with engineering standards.
  • Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and easement documents.
  • Make necessary edits and modifications to plans as required by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
  • Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.
