  • Drive on-time, on-budget, multi-site ERP go-lives that deliver measurable business outcomes for manufacturing customers.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle; coordinating internal specialists and client stakeholders, managing scope and financials, and ensuring user adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute multiple, concurrent ERP implementation projects.
  • Lead phased delivery using an iterative waterfall approach appropriate for ERP complexity.
  • Own project governance: monthly steering committees, structured status reporting, proactive risk/issue management, escalation, and decision tracking.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, resource allocations, and change orders for T&M engagements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and align with client stakeholders.
  • Oversee configuration, data conversion planning, integrations, testing readiness, cutover planning, and stabilization.
  • Ensure effective adoption of core Insight ERP modules.
  • Surface and mitigate risks early; drive structured action plans and contingency strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, proof of concept reviews, design sign-offs, and go-live readiness checkpoints.
  • Craft crisp executive communications and improvement recommendations that tie project progress to the customer’s operational KPIs.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers: share best practices, lead retrospectives, refine delivery playbooks/templates, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI/Copilot and automation tools to streamline status reporting, document generation, and analytics.
  • 5+ years directly leading end-to-end, multi-site ERP implementation projects or 7+ years total Project Management experience with at least 5 years ERP-focused delivery.
  • Proven success delivering on-time, on-budget ERP go-lives with measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence plant managers, engineers, operations leaders, IT, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strength in schedule & budget control, scope negotiation, and change order management within T&M engagements.
  • Strong facilitation across discovery, design, testing, cutover, and stabilization phases.
  • Proactive risk identification & mitigation; crisp written and verbal executive communication.
  • Conceptual understanding of manufacturing processes and typical ERP data/integration flows.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and functional specialists in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Teams, SharePoint; leverages AI/Copilot tools for reporting & documentation.
  • Able to travel up to 25% across North America.
