On a large/multiple projects this position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers to deliver exceptional results to clients. This position could also be responsible for leading and managing a project team on a more complicated projects with limited resources. Responsible for management of construction projects from beginning to end in accordance and maintaining the requirements of the "Super Six". Train and develop Project Manager and support the Operations Manager and Business Unit Leader.

Requirements

Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.

Responsibilities

Manages Teams and ultimately responsible for the preparation of complete close out by submitting Final Pay App and Waivers, O&M Manuals and attic stock within 30 days of substantial completion.
Travel to project site and overnight stays will be required.
