We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in HRIS and Human Resources (HR) Operations to lead complex, cross-functional projects. This role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our HR systems landscape, with an initial priority to lead the rollout and continuous improvement of enhanced project management and tracking processes/tool across the Human Resources function. You will work across HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholder groups to introduce and scale project management tools and practices, driving alignment, visibility and efficiency via standardized processes tailored to team needs. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US.
