About The Position

This position will lead a variety of medium projects and teams as Project Manager supporting our business through critical transformation initiatives, including divestiture and integration projects. This role will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that ensure smooth transitions for our people, processes, and customers. This is an On-site position.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation to completion (4 to 6 years' experience)

Responsibilities

Leads projects and working teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects
Leads projects through issues, roadblocks, and problems
Acts as a change agent to drive teams toward success
Guides team members to perform through issues and constraints
Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to support project success
Owns the timeline, budget, resource constraints, and deliverables / results
Shifts between the "big picture" and the small but crucial details
Is prepared to roll up their sleeves and work through detailed issues
Tracks and reports progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
Applies project management tools and techniques toward a variety of projects
Ensures all appropriate tools are completed and used effectively (e.g., charter, Gantt chart, status updates)
Actively communicates with project sponsors and stakeholders
Establishes regular points of communication
Manages sponsor and stakeholders' expectations
