About The Position

This is a strategic, long-term leadership role—not a “one and done” project position. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of multi-family projects ranging from $50M to $70M, including those with underground parking garages and podium structures. Projects will be located within a 1-hour radius of Greenville, eliminating the need for extensive travel. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—while managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management.
• At least 5 years in multi-family construction.
• Proven experience managing podium-style apartment projects in the $50M–$70M range.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Experience working with local municipalities, permitting, and inspections in South Carolina preferred.
• Ability to drive and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required for highly qualified candidates.
• Local or willing to relocate to the Greenville, SC area.
