About The Position

BlueWave is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of distributed generation (DG)-scale solar and storage projects across their full lifecycle. As an IPP, BlueWave develops, owns, and operates projects for the long term; meaning that our Project Managers are accountable for both near-term delivery and long-term asset value. The Senior Project Manager will report to the VP of Execution and lead at a strategic level, setting project priorities, managing budgets and contracts, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring accountability across contractors, EPCs, and consultants. The Senior Project Manager serves as the central hub between Development, Preconstruction, Execution, Asset Management, utilities, regulators, lenders, and investors. This role requires balancing financial discipline, risk management, and stakeholder communication with the ability to delegate effectively to field-based teams. Success means projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget - and are structured to perform reliably and profitably for years to come. Please note: Based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, BlueWave may hire either Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
