About The Position

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally with capital projects in an AEC environment. This position will involve planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and administering projects to ensure successful completion within budget, on time, and in accordance with company quality standards. The successful candidate will assist the Program Manager with financial reporting, sales, and client relationship management, and will mentor and advise Project Managers to develop their skills. We are looking for an individual who is a strategic thinker, thrives in a leadership role, and is motivated to foster business growth and team success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field from an Accredited College or University.
• 10+ years of related experience in project management; or 10 years of relevant post-secondary education and experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Experience with financial reporting and budget coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Microstation, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• PE License or PMP is preferred.
• Experience in business development, including client relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and administer projects to ensure successful completion within budget and on time.
• Assist the Program Manager with financial reporting, sales, and client relationship management.
• Mentor and advise Project Managers to develop their skills.
• Work closely with clients to ensure projects meet expectations.
• Set revenue and profit goals, and coordinate budgets.
• Utilize scheduling tools for project management.
• Develop and implement client expectations for design completeness and quality.
• Present proposals, reports, and presentations effectively.
