You will lead cross-functional teams to advance these large integrated infrastructure projects and lead the projects to commercial execution. This high-impact role offers executive exposure and positions you at the center of NextEra's strategic growth, supporting transformative energy projects that will power gigawatt-scale energy centers.

Nice To Haves

Looking for a motivated professional with 3-8 years of experience with a preferred background in energy markets, development of energy infrastructure, oil and gas, or energy origination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high ownership mentality
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across all organizational levels
Experience leading cross functional teams

Responsibilities

Execute multi-billion-dollar transactions including complex energy supply structuring, M&A, joint ventures, and development projects
Support the strategic integration of multiple forms of energy sources to enable large data center loads
Support senior leadership with strategic recommendations and detailed project analysis
Drive cross-functional collaboration across development, finance, and operations teams
