Role Overview: The PeopleSoft Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering PeopleSoft HCM and/or ERP projects within the Public Sector and complex organizational environments.

Requirements

DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years managing complex HCM and/or ERP projects.
Proven success in managing projects in matrixed organizations.
PMP certification required.
Strong project planning, execution, and control skills.
Effective stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have an active secret clearance

Responsibilities

Manage PeopleSoft HCM/ERP projects from initiation through successful deployment
Apply structured project management methodologies (sequential, iterative, hybrid)
Maintain project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
Hold team members accountable for commitments and milestones
Coordinate with campus partners, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
Educate stakeholders on project processes and delivery expectations
Apply Organizational Change Management practices throughout project execution
