About The Position

As our Senior Project Manager, Curio Science, you will support our Curio Science and other medical communications projects through utilization of project management fundamentals. You will ensure client goals are achieved, and projects are executed on time and within budget. Your primary responsibilities will include the application of project management knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close client projects specifically within the Curio Science space.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in project management
3+ years of experience working in a medical communications or advertising agency
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a dynamic, virtual environment
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives, and organize other people and tasks
Ability to multitask and work within high-pressure situations
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to travel within the US and internationally as necessary, based on project, client, and organizational needs (5% travel expected)

Nice To Haves

Experience managing digital projects (website development, interactive modules, e-learning) a plus

Responsibilities

Develop SOWs and change orders including creating draft timelines and assumptions and internal routing/approvals
Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines, task completion, and budgets via Workfront project management software
Monitor project issues and propose solutions to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget, project objectives are met, and the customer is satisfied
Monitor and maintain project budget reports
Regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure project is within scope
Support project financial reconciliation by ensuring all staff hours, project expenses, and vendor invoices are submitted in a timely fashion
Frequent follow-up with internal team concerning upcoming due dates
Create weekly status reports for projects/portfolios
Create and distribute daily or weekly hot sheets to internal team members
Create and distribute meeting minutes for internal status calls
Escalate issues/concerns to Client Services as appropriate
Facilitate internal and vendor communication by setting up project calls and connecting appropriate team members to ensure transparency and collaboration
Collaborate with department managers and resource managers to ensure projects are staffed appropriately
Partner with account managers and cross-functional teams to support Vaniam Group business development initiatives
Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role.
