  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a productive work environment.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement driving continuous enhancement of processes.
  • Manage project budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Utilize technical expertise in the Contact Center Domain to address challenges and implement innovative solutions.
  • Apply domain knowledge in Order to Cash Accounts Receivable to streamline processes and enhance revenue management.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office team dynamics.
