About The Position
The Senior Project Manager, Construction will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires the development of comprehensive project plans that clearly outline resource allocation and budgetary needs. The Senior Project Manager will host weekly project meetings with team members and managers to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. This position also involves providing constructive feedback, advice, and encouragement to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. The Senior Project Manager will be tasked with managing deadlines and motivating the team to meet these deadlines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services for the projects.
