What this job involves: As a Retail Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will work in a matrixed environment with a high-performing Retail delivery team for a Financial Services client, developing supplier performance, processes, and quality standards while acting as the main point of oversight to drive performance to existing success measures. This role requires leading in delivery, optimization, and creation of program strategy and implementation while being tactical to deliver on existing and new project deliverables. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, develop and implement team strategies, big picture initiatives, short-term tactics, and governance & analytical reporting. As a key liaison for the PDS team, you'll be immersed in the capital planning process and use strategy to create actionable plans for success while monitoring project team deliverables in line with agreed scope and contract terms.
