What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing complex healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires leading and managing multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously including new builds, renovations, and expansions while developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. You'll coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while overseeing the procurement process including contractor selection and contract negotiation.
