About The Position

The Senior Project Manager, Commercial Excellence will lead and manage critical projects aimed at enhancing commercial performance and driving business growth. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, align initiatives with business goals, and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, with a focus on commercial excellence or business transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and driving business results.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategies, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability for issue resolution.
  • Must be capable of prioritizing activities and scheduling to obtain effective results.
  • Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages high-impact projects focused on commercial excellence, including revenue growth, pricing strategies, product launches, and market penetration efforts, process optimization, and market expansion.
  • Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, finance and product teams to align project deliverables with revenue objectives and market opportunities.
  • Maintains an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments.
  • Provides regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic impacts.
  • Facilitates effective communication and collaboration to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Identifies potential risks and develops strategies to mitigate them.
  • Proactively addresses project challenges and obstacles to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Leads change management efforts related to project implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption.
  • Develops and executes communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluates project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Engages with key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Addresses stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
