A Senior Project Manager (SPM) in the Capital Program Department (CAP) will be responsible for the implementation of a design and construction portfolio of 6-10 active capital projects with a total project value of approximately $100 million+. The Capital Program's staff consists of design and construction professionals; administrative staff; and project support analysts who work together to provide physical infrastructure, facilities, and amenities. We work to strengthen the City's competitive position through the implementation of a wide variety of municipal construction projects.
