As a Project Manager for Business Strategy & Transformation, you will lead multidisciplinary teams of analysts, consultants, and support staff in the day-to-day management of consulting engagements. You'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution, client satisfaction, and delivery of high-impact solutions on time and within budget. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving change for clients in critical infrastructure and industrial sectors.

  • Cultivate and grow client relationships through marketing efforts, project interactions, and strategic engagement.
  • Identify new sales opportunities with clients and lead aspects of proposal development and submission, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Advance new and existing client relationships, and interface with clients to discuss proposals and project-related items.
  • Lead proposal development, project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
  • Set critical project objectives with clients and lead contract development and negotiations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of project execution, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure quality control of deliverables and analyze/communicate project status, risks, schedule, and costs to stakeholders.
  • Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers, consultants, and analysts; plan, organize, and communicate project personnel needs to department management.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans tailored to the scope and specific client needs.
  • Lead project safety, quality, progress, and financial audits and assessments as required.
  • Mentor and train less experienced staff on technical and business aspects of projects and the industry; serve as a recognized industry leader in your subject matter.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff.
  • Support company initiatives and foster staff development and training.
  • Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.
  • Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies.
  • Perform and lead advanced consulting engagements to help guide clients in strategic process improvements, technology advancements, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Lead analysis, approval, and implementation of multiple project deliverables.
  • Lead training of project teams, coordinate activities of multiple global practices/disciplines, and facilitate efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, computer science or related field from an accredited program and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in project management, techniques, and procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of general business and financial principles.
  • Experience with communicating across business segments to understand project objectives.
  • Experience leading technical aspects of consulting engagements regarding heavy industrial sectors such as power generation and delivery, and oil, gas, and chemical.
  • Experience in consulting projects, client operations, or executing program management within the critical infrastructure industry.
