Requirements

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience in related fields.
• Proven experience directly related to specified duties and responsibilities.
• Experience working with diverse teams and managing multiple events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects to support departmental strategies across teams, identifying deliverables and milestones for project success.
• Develops annual and multi-year departmental priorities and manages execution of strategies including strategic communications and community health investment.
• Drives development of processes for strategic initiatives and critical projects, structuring activities into phased workstreams.
• Takes a leadership role in developing standardized processes for managing and reporting on projects.
• Recommends actions regarding key business processes and resolves problems independently.
• Guides departmental operations management to align annual planning with business goals.
• Works collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless integration of departmental resources.
• Develops tracking mechanisms to understand the impact of departmental activities and provides timely reports.
• Manages relationships with outside vendors to increase community awareness of AdventHealth.
• Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to affect change.
• Responsible for managing identified budgets, including oversight and reporting.
