The Senior Project Manager / Agile Trainer position reports into the Compass Technical PMO. The candidate will be responsible for leading teams to deliver Agile projects that span across one or more technology and business units, as well as training and coaching teams on Agile Methodologies. This role involves developing project scopes, managing project engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile practices and experience in project management. This candidate identifies and achieves business outcomes by using the most appropriate and effective project management approaches, methods, processes, and tools to ensure high delivery and solution quality.
