A Senior Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within Dallas College. The role involves collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure complex project goals are met on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables. NOTE: This role will oversee grant-related project management, compliance monitoring, and reporting requirements across WCE. Responsibilities include coordinating deliverables with internal stakeholders, supporting budget oversight, documenting processes, and ensuring alignment with state, federal, and institutional policies. The position will serve as a key liaison with the Grants, Reporting & Revenue team to maintain audit readiness and performance accountability.
