Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in weapons systems, RF, and GPS technology.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in project management and engineering processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and various project life cycles including Agile

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management principles and technologies

  • Experience with SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls

Responsibilities

  • Plan, authorize, and monitor all engineering work, providing strong leadership to ensure smooth project execution
  • Staff the project team with appropriate personnel and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage performance, cost, scope, and schedule for all engineering efforts, including subcontracted work
  • Ensure total system requirements are validated, integrated, tested, and verified
  • Develop and maintain engineering plans, manage risks, and handle project changes effectively
