Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Strong knowledge and experience in weapons systems, RF, and GPS technology.
Proven organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in project management and engineering processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and various project life cycles including Agile

Responsibilities

Plan, authorize, and monitor all engineering work, providing strong leadership to ensure smooth project execution
Staff the project team with appropriate personnel and foster cross-functional collaboration
Manage performance, cost, scope, and schedule for all engineering efforts, including subcontracted work
Ensure total system requirements are validated, integrated, tested, and verified
Develop and maintain engineering plans, manage risks, and handle project changes effectively
