About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale, high-impact engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Senior Project Engineering Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams while driving operational efficiency and innovation. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, vendor partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, operational design, and project management practices.
• Experience with installation and construction project scheduling, contract administration, and interpreting national codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of engineering economics and ability to apply sound engineering judgment to complex problems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for collaboration across locations.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring, and post-project review.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and proactive cost control.
• Create and maintain realistic project schedules, monitoring internal and external factors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define and maintain project scope, preventing scope creep while keeping leadership informed of necessary changes.
• Guide multiple teams responsible for different project sections, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight.
• Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders engaged and informed of project progress and potential issues.
• Promote a positive employee experience through team development, coaching, and collaboration.
