Join us as a Project Engineer for the FBM Avionics directorate where you will be involved in planning and executing avionics work scope and program execution. Key activities you will accomplish in this role: Ensure that projects are completed on cost and schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, Integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility Ensure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers Support Program Management in Product Strategy alignment with Mission Roadmaps. Be the bridge between Program Management Office, Government Partners and Production Operations. Manage Product improvement/optimization projects. Coordinate and resolve unplanned challenges and drive issue resolution velocity within Avionics Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Provide Proposal Support and BOE inputs to drive commonality and alignment with Avionics directorate product strategy.
