Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10+ years of progressive experience in the design and management of water and/or wastewater, or sewer infrastructure projects.
Strong background in hydraulic modeling, or treatment process design planning
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead design teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, analysis, and detailed design of water and wastewater systems, including treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and distribution/collection networks.
Serve as technical lead, ensuring designs comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client objective
Perform and oversee hydraulic modeling, process calculations, and system evaluations.
Prepare, review, and seal engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, constructible designs.
Review and stamp engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and technical memoranda (as appropriate).
Support project managers by identifying risks, scope changes, and technical challenges early.
