Are you a skilled transportation engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions? We’re seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Highway Department and take a leading role in the design and execution of critical transportation projects across New York State. In this role, you’ll manage projects through the full lifecycle—from planning and design to construction support—while mentoring junior engineers and fostering strong client relationships. You’ll bring deep technical expertise in highway design modeling and a collaborative mindset to help deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. You’ll also play a key role in leading and expanding our premier transportation practice in Western New York. We’re already one of the region’s largest providers of transportation services —working on local projects in every county and major city in the Buffalo area. We also are completing significant projects with NYSDOT, the NYS Thruway Authority and GBNRTC. No other firm matches our regional presence or the scale of opportunity we offer our team.
