  • Support new project estimating, including risk assessment and planning.
  • Contribute to the integrated master schedule and project planning.
  • Perform Control Account Management (CAM) activities to include: Create work and planning packages, coordinate with finance for charge number creation.
  • Oversee project and budget status, manage schedules, and ensure on-time deliverables.
  • Manage Level 5 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) supporting EVMS compliance, including ETC calculations, BCR processing, and generation of variance analysis.
  • Track activities against plan and manage work scope, clearly communicating any challenges or changes to key stakeholders.
  • Interface with Earned Value teams, program teams, engineering product teams to ensure level-loaded and accurate representation in workload planning tools.
  • Pursue cost savings and efficient improvement opportunities to maximize project profitability.
  • Support maintenance of engineering design/modeling guidance and instructions.
  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
  • Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts to identify the causes for development related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to group project engineering discipline to ensure excellent project execution and process improvement.
  • Drive retrospective project review, including report-out and feedback to estimating.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry standards and practices is a plus.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Strong background in Cost Accounting and Earned Value Management.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) applications.
  • Experience working with SAP and other Material Requirements Planning (MRP) applications.
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter, ALM, or PLM applications.
