Atwell is seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer passionate about site/civil engineering and land development to lead transformative projects and drive growth through expertise and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.
PE Licensure is required.

Nice To Haves

Relevant work experience in Delaware is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.
Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly.
Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging local expertise to streamline the process.
Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects.
Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities.
Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
