As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be the technical lead and/or design authority for Process Automation engineering projects in Renewable, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Generation, Water treatment industries both in US and global projects, making technical recommendations and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. In this role, you will ensure successful Distributed Control System delivery of multiple projects on time, within budget, and in line with specifications and with quality and safety guidelines. The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation, Energy Industries Division in Houston, TX.

  • Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
  • Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.
  • Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
  • Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or other engineering degree.
  • 8 or more years of experience in engineering, working as an Engineer with Distributed Control Systems.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, and tools.
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident of USA.
  • Position will be based in Houston, TX.
  • Reimbursement for relocation is not available.
