Requirements

Construction-related college degree or equivalent; construction science or engineering degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior management role in construction.
Expertise in roofing, cladding, and faÃ§ade methods including safety codes.
Proven track record of successful project completion.
Budget management experience and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated financial and business development acumen.
Effective communication and supervisory skills.
Experience managing medium to large scale projects successfully.
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
High level of computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Work effectively as part of the senior management team from a company-wide perspective.
Attend managerial meetings and present comprehensive reports on departmental performance.
Manage the department and team, ensuring adherence to best practices and maximizing profitability.
Build relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers in projects.
Engage with clients early to address project requirements and expectations.
Identify potential commercial risks and report them promptly to the Board.
Ensure project programs are detailed and timelines are followed.
Implement robust resourcing plans across projects.
Formulate logistics plans for project execution.
Prepare necessary safety documentation and oversee design compliance.
