Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. seeks Senior Project Director in Dallas, TX to coordinate project activities with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation
• evaluating and interpreting project related building codes to determine scope of code required changes
• performing architectural new and repair or alterations design work including producing drawings with CAD software and producing project specifications
• utilizing experience with Revit and Bluebeam studio
• coordinating work with client, engineers and consultants
• Two (2) years of experience must include: utilizing forensic process to perform forensic investigation to determine cause of building system failures including building envelopes and architectural system failures
• participating in litigation support of construction related claims including deposition/mediation/trial participation
• 30% of travel required nationally and internationally
