The Senior Project Director manages and coordinates integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity than those generally managed by the Project Director. Provides leadership and mentoring of CRB Project Managers and Project Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of twenty years of experience in the Engineering & Construction Industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills required
• Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large integrated teams including subcontractors
• Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager
• Thorough understanding of integrated project delivery of large, complex projects
• Advanced understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
• Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain industry specific certification, including but not exclusive to: PMP & AECPMA
• Manages and coordinates integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity than those generally managed by the Project Director
• Provides leadership and mentoring of CRB Project Managers and Project Directors
