Work schedule includes time in the office, in the field and remote.

Requirements

A demonstrated passion for home remodeling design
A record of high performance and professional achievement
Experience with CAD software needed, Chief Architect preferred
Strong project management skills
Strong detail orientation, self-disciplined, creative, and confident, problem solving and job coordination skills, communication, and critical thinking skills
Kitchen and Bath design experience

Nice To Haves

Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred

Responsibilities

Capture the vision outlined by the sales consultant and homeowner in the proposal and bring it to life
Ensure a positive and exciting design experience for the homeowner
Build a trust and a positive relationship with the homeowner
Take the homeowner from the beginning of the project to completion
Serve as the design resource on the team driving influencing the sales, design, and construction experience
Manage the design and purchasing of cabinets and all selection items
