About The Position

Lead and oversee the production of design layouts and features.
Lead site investigations and observations.
Lead the translation of conceptual ideas into architectural graphics and prepare/conduct design presentations to communicate ideas to clients.
Lead and oversee the preparation of proposals, reports and findings.
Lead the develop technical drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with REVIT
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills, detailing ability, strong code knowledge and planning experience.
• Detailed understanding of various regulatory building codes.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
• Experience using Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp and InDesign a plus
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
• Independently performs assignments with instructions as to the general results expected.
• Understands the client’s decision-making processes and develops relationships internally and externally.
