As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our consulting teams and partnering with Services Team Leaders on optimization project management including system updates (Salesforce, Task Ray, etc.), coordination between teams, and general project management administration, in addition to overseeing the scrum process on Strata Services, and managing other ad hoc projects as assigned. Additionally, you will help standardize and improve scrum management on Strata Services, oversee all Services communication via the Services Newsletter, All Hands Meetings, and ad hoc communications, provide reporting and data analytics, as needed, to leadership and communicate insights that will drive Strata forward, maintain integrity of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by conducting regular audits of data to ensure accuracy, complete initial project setup, including ensuring the correct resources, estimated work hours and dates are used, update project records, account records, contact records, cases, licenses, opportunities, dashboards, and reports upon request, and partner with our Internal Project Managers on internal investment projects and assist with ad hoc administrative projects as assigned.

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience independently managing programs and driving success and continuous improvements.
