Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related discipline. In lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience (8 years total) may be substituted.
  • Four (4) years of experience supporting large-scale programs ($5M+ annually), coordinating requirements, resources, funding, personnel, and schedules.
  • Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the Intelligence Community or signals intelligence activities.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager, overseeing deliverable tracking, schedules, and action item management.
  • Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with government customers, internal leadership, and vendor partners.
  • Prepare technical briefs, meeting minutes, and executive-level presentations, track submission of program deliverables.
  • Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and vendor/partner engagements.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, assist with resource allocation, labor forecasting, and financial/schedule monitoring.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues; provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet them.
  • Manage project documentation and shared repositories using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
