In this role, you will ensure smooth delivery and completion of projects that support the success of our programs. This role will be supporting a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers in the state of Oregon. In this program, the program works with various market stakeholders such as distributors, installers, and utility customers. Key responsibilities include project coordination and processing, customer service, team collaboration, and quality control review. Candidates based in Oregon preferred.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience, such as customer service and project coordination

Responsibilities

  • Project processing for the Small Business Direct Install offer in both internal and client's systems.
  • Review and approve project data submissions to ensure that they are correct and adequately meet program requirements.
  • Meet weekly program processing deadlines to allow for timely payment processing.
  • Support Business Lighting phone line and email inbox queue.
  • Maintain flexibility and collaborate with the team when projects necessitate non-standardized pathways.
  • Produce reports to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Work on additional assignments across the Business Lighting program as needed.
