About The Position
We are seeking professionals for roles in Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution to manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities across various warehouse types (CFS, CY, inland depots, bonded warehouses, etc.) owned or operated by Maersk. The role includes planning, execution, and coordination, with distribution handled by carrier management. Ideal candidates are individual contributors who apply technical and disciplinary knowledge to achieve results. While not primarily focused on people management, responsibilities may include mentoring or supervising less experienced staff and overseeing processes. Candidates should have expertise in their field, with the ability to influence long-term organizational decisions. Progression in this role involves deepening professional knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to impact others' decisions. Candidates will work independently within defined guidelines but may require support on more complex tasks. Practical knowledge of methods, work procedures, and process application is essential.
