The Project Controls Director is a senior leadership role responsible for building, leading, and continuously strengthening the integrated project controls function for a large new nuclear plant project. This role provides strategic oversight of planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control, risk management, change management, and performance reporting across a major capital program that may exceed $500M to $1B+. This leader will establish the governance, standards, tools, and operating rhythms needed to ensure the program remains financially disciplined, operationally aligned, and on schedule. Working across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, testing, and commercial functions, the Project Controls Director will serve as a critical integrator and strategic advisor, providing the insights, forecasting, and control mechanisms required to support successful project execution.
