As a Project Controls Engineering Consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients, vendors, contractors, and other Project Farma Team Members to support projects related to biomanufacturing across the entire engineering lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering high quality work, forming and maintaining valuable, long-term relationships with our clients, and continually strengthening your technical and industry knowledge. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We will not sponsor applicants for current or future work visas for this position. This position may require significant travel to support project and business needs. We cannot employ anyone with an invalid driver's license. Project Farma does not provide relocation assistance. How will you spend your days as a Consultant, Project Controls Engineering? Produce key project controls deliverables, including: o Detailed project schedules using MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, or Smartsheets. o Feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and What-if scenario analysis o Project cost reports and trend analysis o Comprehensive weekly and monthly project summary reports for stakeholders. o Critical Path Analysis o Preparing Agendas, leading meetings, tracking Risk, Actions, Issues, Decisions for the team. o Budget estimates Analyze complex project data and then deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision making. Communicating with 3rd party vendors on behalf of the client to drive to their timelines. Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools. Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc. Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Examples of our core services within the life science space, include: Capital Project Management (including Project Controls and Scheduling); Facility Management & Builds; Tech Transfers; Validation Life Cycle (including Commissioning and Qualification, Process Validation, Computer System Validation, etc.); GxP Automated Systems; Due Diligence & Business Strategy; Quality, Regulatory, & Compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management or related discipline (OR a combination of equivalent work experience in Project Controls, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience).
Minimum 5 years of scheduling and/or project controls experience.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and/or Smartsheet necessary.
Willing to be on-site Full-time as client projects require.
Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.

Responsibilities
