As a Project Controls Engineering Consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients, vendors, contractors, and other Project Farma Team Members to support projects related to biomanufacturing across the entire engineering lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering high quality work, forming and maintaining valuable, long-term relationships with our clients, and continually strengthening your technical and industry knowledge. How will you spend your days as a Consultant, Project Controls Engineering? Produce key project controls deliverables, including: o Detailed project schedules using MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, or Smartsheets. o Feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and What-if scenario analysis o Project cost reports and trend analysis o Comprehensive weekly and monthly project summary reports for stakeholders. o Critical Path Analysis o Preparing Agendas, leading meetings, tracking Risk, Actions, Issues, Decisions for the team. o Budget estimates Analyze complex project data and then deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision making. Communicating with 3rd party vendors on behalf of the client to drive to their timelines. Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools. Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc. Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
