About The Position

Generally responsible for developing bid packages, submitting Request for Quote (RFQ), evaluating commercial proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and awarding purchase orders. Responsibilities could also include expediting of vendor data and equipment in support of various projects. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Familiarity with and utilization of department Familiarity with the execution of heavy industrial projects including chemical, refining, pulp and paper, power, and manufacturing. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • This position requires 10 or more years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Project Procurement.
  • Knowledge and application of company
  • Ability to organize effectively and execute
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is highly preferred.
