Your Opportunity Page is seeking a Senior Project Architect with experience working on Mission Critical projects and large-scale data center design. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter seeking progressive challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience in organizing project design development and production delivery;
  • Skilled at identifying and addressing issues to reach the best resolution;
  • Successful at leading, organizing and collaborating with a team of disciplines and consultants;
  • Strong detailing skills and proficiency in construction administrative processes;
  • Proficiency with REVIT;
  • Understanding construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust to meet fast deadlines;
  • Knowledge of sustainability, quality control, and building codes;
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Registered Architect;
  • Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university;
  • 10+ years' overall experience with experience in data centers and large scale, multi-disciplinary design.

Responsibilities

  • Managing fast-paced design projects while providing innovative solutions to solve design and construction challenges;
  • Working alongside an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary datacenter design team.;
  • Mentoring junior staff throughout the design and construction process;
  • Project design development and production delivery Identifying and addressing design related issues;
  • Construction administrative processes including site observation, collaborating with clients, owners, and contractors;
  • Oversight of budget, schedule, jurisdictional requirements;
  • Occasional travel within the US.
