Kirksey is looking for a dynamic, motivated Senior Project Architect to join our Dallas office.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field
- The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience
- Experience working in Revit
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Manager to coordinate full project team (including consultants) and project deliverables (including specifications), ensuring the quality of all contract documents.
- Project Team resource for technical guidance to resolve design issues while maintaining design intent.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to directly supervise the teams’ design and technical delivery.
- Present technical and design solutions to the entire project team including the client.
- Facilitate open team communication with all levels of project team – Internal Team, Owners, Contractors, Consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
- Coordinate all Construction Administration processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
