About The Position

Manage a cross-functional team supporting multiple projects and direct resources to optimize delivery. Operate independently in a streamlined organizational structure. A successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading a team of analysts or a project, exhibit good problem-solving skills, adapt well to changing environments and operate with initiative.

Requirements

• Security Clearance Required: Secret with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret.
• SENIOR: A Senior level person within a labor category has over 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a MA/MS degree.
• Allowable Education/Experience Substitutions: Ten (10) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree. Associate’s degree plus eight (8) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, MS Teams, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Deliverable Requirements List artifacts for delivery.
• Assist in authoring Statements of Work.
• Assist in developing acquisition documentation.
• Research and analyze project data and report findings.
• Develop spend plan and schedule baselines and track performance.
• Document risks and mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and report status.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
