Join us as Senior Project Analyst – Enterprise Services Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Project Analyst – Enterprise Services. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and executing on projects with a global impact, driving new controls and/or process improvements within Global Enterprise Services as well as departments outside of the division. You will have project experience and the ability to think strategic when dealing with complex issues and turn ideas into actionable project plans to resolve. Require minimal supervision. Specific areas of focus include: A primary focus will be on Real Estate and Facilities projects, supporting the division executives manage lease events, construction and relocation projects, and capital improvement initiatives. oversight of invoice processing as it relates to the projects across all locations; Contributing to budget oversight/analysis, Managing the production and analytical functions of the monthly/ad hoc reporting which may include production reports, management and Firm-wide Reports.
