As a Senior Programmer / Senior Software Developer at Christ’s Church of the Valley (CCV), you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission through technical excellence and innovation. Serving as a technical leader, you will architect and develop robust, scalable solutions that empower CCV’s digital platforms and ministry partners. This role requires deep expertise across multiple technology stacks, frameworks, and architectural patterns, coupled with a passion for leveraging technology to serve the Lord and our church community. You will design, build, and own end-to-end systems and projects, ensuring solutions are modular, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. In addition to hands-on development, you will coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers, share best practices, and positively influence team culture.
